the embroidery is wonderful! And I tried the side-eye and the ear technique and its worked. Nice and calm after physio which takes it out of me

This is beautiful! Thanks for sharing your process and also the info on vegal theory. Iā€™ve dabbled with some veggie nerve exercises for my ME/CFS and youā€™ve encouraged me to continue down that path.

Love your embroidery and what a really interesting piece about polyvagal theory, thanks I will look up your suggested reading/listening. I've previously done a lot of breath work but didn't know the eye exercise
